Sunny has written a series of book titled YOU: Your Child's First Teacher and designed a series of workshops around it to empower parents with knowledge and resources to ensure their child's educational success.
The book series featured in the Telemundo segment, offers a step-by-step guide for navigating the educational system, beginning with the early years and progressing through the middle school and high school years, giving parents understanding of how their actions can influence their child's educational outcomes.

This segment highlights the story behind the charity's formation, its mission, and goals, Sunny describes the organization's tutoring and mentoring program that began at Perice Elementary School with ten, 6th grade girls through collaboration with Chicago Public School Principals in the Edgewater community.
